Refund and Returns Policy

www.thaithonmall.com is willing to accept returns and refund within 7 days after purchase with the following conditions.

  1. Product not received
  2. Product received not the same as ordered (ie. Size, Color etc.)
  3. Defective Product

From then, please carefully pack and send the product to us within 3 days after the request is approved. Make sure the address is correct to prevent further delay. After the shipment, please kindly notify us at support@thaithonburi.com the following information:

For International Purchases

Please contact our support team for the return address.

Make sure that you have shipped the product within 3 days of our approval for refund, otherwise your request will be automatically terminated.

Buyer’s Process
  1. The buyer requests fora return/refund within 7 days after purchase, where thaithonburi.com should accept/deny the request within 3 days thereafter.
  2. The buyer should send the product to Thaithonburi within 3 days after the request has been accepted to the designated address, and confirm with us at support@thaithonburi.com with aforementioned details.
  3. Thaithonburi will examine the conditions of the product before approving/denying the refund within 7 days.
  4. The refund period depends on the payment method of the buyer as such
    1. Credit Card (7-15 days)
    2. Debit Card (30 – 45 days)
    3. For direct transfers, the refund should take up to 48 hours.
